Hi friends!! Happy Saturday! How is your weekend going so far? Mine starts once work is over today, and will be filled with lots of studying, family time, and hopefully hubby time. I’m just popping in for a very quick post today.
This morning started with a circuit workout that I put together- jumping jacks, squats, crunches, push ups, mountain climbers, and burpees..I did each 15 times for 3 sets. Then I finished it off with a 3 mile run! Weeeeeee!
I will be studying for the NASM personal training exam all night and trying my best to retain the information! 😉 I am not giving up!!
