The countdown is on!

Hellloooo! Happy Tuesday to you!

How is your week going so far? I actually have a busy week ahead, and only found out about it yesterday afternoon! I am subbing in my nephew Gio’s preschool classroom for the next three mornings, then working at the store after, and come Friday I will be subbing in a kindergarten class at a different school all day! Eeeek! I have some long days ahead of me!

I slept pretty good last night until 4am…and then I was up like I was going to miss my alarm and with a headache. Then came 5:00, 5:15, 5:30, 5:50….I kid you not. So finally, at 6:00 I have had enough of the tossing and turning BS and got up. I’m pretty annoyed with this headache, but that will not stop me from having a good day!

Today marks FOUR months away from the Disney Princess 10K that I’m running in, so I “officially” began “training” (if you want to call it that). Since I do run pretty much everyday, I’m not really putting so much pressure on myself to “train” because it is not like I am not familiar with running. However, I do know that running outside is WAY different than running on a treadmill, and as I am very experienced with running on the treadmill I am not so experienced in running outside. So, that is the only thing that makes me a little nervous. But, anyways, I know a lot of people who have walked or jogged it, and I walk pretty fast already so I don’t really think I need to worry about getting swept. (You have to make the 16 minute mile pace, or you get swept off the course). Anyways, so far, I plan on running at least 3.5 miles twice a week, adding some HIIT runs twice a week, and doing one longer run a week…which will eventually lead up to 6.2 mile runs. Like I said, I am not putting pressure on myself to stick strictly to this plan, because I know some days I just don’t want to run or don’t want to do something really intense, so we will see what happens! I’m so excited it is only 4 months away!! The countdown is officially on!!!

For my workout this morning I did a 15 minute ab workout, followed by a 20 minute run…which slightly turned into intervals because I was just feelin’ it!

Yesterday was a good day. I got to spend the morning/early afternoon with my sister, and Enzo. We went to Starbucks before picking up Gio from school. I think we are both equally excited that I will be in his classroom for the next three days! 🙂

I wish I wouldn’t have taken the other job for Friday, because I would love to be in his classroom all week instead of going to kindergarten Friday. But, I’m just really happy I get these days in there!

Subbing has been going a bit better ever since I was at a different school and grade last Friday. I think I am going to try to stick with the younger grades (preschool and kindergarten) because that is more my thing…but I guess we will really see after doing it allllll week!

After coming home from my sister’s house yesterday, I watched the latest Shahs of Sunset episode, which was the first part of the reunion. Yikes! Drama drama! I love that show, but I realllllly have had enough of Asa. I think she just needs to move on and leave the show.anigif_enhanced-buzz-25312-1412020803-15.gif

Michael and I went to Old Navy so I could buy some new presentable “teacher clothes” since I can’t really get away with wearing dresses anymore since the weather is changing! I ended up getting two pairs of their Stevie pants…which feel totally like leggings by the way, and three shirts.

We went to the grocery store for more fruit and then came back home to relax and watch some shows. Yesterday we watched Seal Team, Gotham, and Shark Tank. And of course, football before bed!

I am anxious but excited for today, and I gotta get going! Be back tomorrow with a new post!

Have a fabulous day!! Xoxo ♥♥
