Weekend Recap…On a Tuesday! ;)

Hi!! I hope your weekend went well and your week started off fabulously!

Let’s back up to recap this weekend, shall we?! 😉

Friday my headache never went away so after work I snuggled on the couch with my blankets, Stella Lou, and put on Cinderella. Wild Friday night for sure!!

Saturday started with a 3 mile run followed by 10 minutes of planks…headache free! I worked until mid afternoon and then got to spend the rest of the day with Michael as he was off from work! YAY! My thumb nail BROKE completely off, so I was pretty upset about that. Because yes, a broken thumb nail definitely makes me want to cry and makes me feel like I cannot function! HA! I mean I’ve had acrylics for well over 10+ years, you wonder why I can’t untie my sneakers without my nail on!?!

Anyways, Michael and I watched A Bad Moms Christmas before bed and laughed our butts off! I was looking forward to watching this movie and was glad to see it recently came out on RedBox so we could rent it! I actually stayed awake until after 11pm watching it, so you know right there it was a good one!

Sunday morning started with a 45 minute HIIT run/incline walk followed by 15 minutes of an ab workout I made up! It looked similar to my favorite Tone It Up Abs workout, but I added more! Afterwards, I cleaned this place up by dusting, sweeping, laundry, etc. I just love cleaning on Sunday’s! I got my DD coffee and put on Joel Osteenimg_4496It was pouring rain and totally gross out all day long, a perfect day to be lazy. I went over to my parent’s house and went to the grocery store with my dad. After that I went over my sister’s house to play with my booboos. I also got to take Gio to get some Valentine’s for his friends at school.

I ran a bunch of errands for the rest of the day and sent Michael way too many selfies reminding him of all he is missing at home because he was at work all day…hahaha.img_4499

I had to get some Starbucks green tea of course…sunshine on a rainy day!!
img_4501Once I got home, the rest of the evening was spent watching Real Housewives of Atlanta.giphy

Monday started with a 3.5 mile run before I got busy on my laptop to do some work. I was able to go to the salon to get my nail fixed…YAY! Happy dance! I can function again!

I made some chocolate chip banana bread because we had some really ripe bananas that looked great for some nana bread! 😉 I cheated with a box mix. Blogger fail, I know I know. But I didn’t have all of the ingredients for homemade, and for once I didn’t want to go to the grocery store when I absolutely didn’t need to. (Anyone else go to the grocery store EVERY SINGLE DAY and when you don’t, it’s the biggest win ever?!?)

Michael and I had a DAY DATE planned to go see Fifty Shades Freed! You all know I just LOVE day dates with him!! We went to a new movie theater around here that was getting great feedback, so we had to try it out ourselves! We definitely loved it at O’Neil Cinema….they had the most comfy reclining seats!

Comfy comfy!

We went to the mall afterwards and then got some yumminess almost the size of my head..img_4516

When we got home we watched the latest episode of How To Get Away With Murder before Michael went to training and then I did a quick workout while watching The Bachelor (ugh, there was NOTHING else on so I was forced to watch it, haha) and eventually jumped into bed!

Today started with 4 miles and then a quick ab and arm circuit! I stopped at my sister’s before getting to the store to give my boos some hugs and kisses, and to bring them their plate of banana bread. The babes have colds again. I swear, they have been sick SO much this winter! I feel terrible! My poor babies!!!

Michael and I have DATE NIGHT tonight to celebrate Valentine’s Day because he is working tomorrow (boo). I’m getting a blow out later on this afternoon so I am rockin’ some nasty hair with a princess headband until then. 😉

Have a fabulous day, loves!!! XOXO ♥♥
