Happy Wednesday beautiful friends!
I hope you are having a great week! I am exceptionally sore this week. Haha. My legs are on fire, my abs burn whenever I move, laugh, breathe, or cough, and my arms feel like bricks. But secretly I love it. That’s when you know you got a good workout in, right? This morning I started with some quick yoga to help ease the tightness. For my workout I did an ab and arm circuit, followed by a 40 minute incline walk on the treadmill. The ab and arm circuit I made up looked like this: plank taps, plank jacks, heel taps, bicycle crunches, sit ups, and push ups. I did each move 30 times and repeated the circuit 3 times through. I promise your abs should be on fire after if you keep them engaged the whole time!
I’m back today with another (shorter) Disney post, because I just can’t get enough of them, and because I find it fun to reminisce Missed any of the other Disney posts? Magic Kingdom Favorites
As you all know, Magic Kingdom is my FAVORITE park out of all of the Disney parks. I always like to start and end our trip by going to the “Kingdom of Magic” as Michael calls it (haha, silly man), because that is exactly what it is; the Kingdom of Magic! You can’t go there without feeling the magic of it. And if you can see Cinderella’s Castle for the first time during your trip and not get teary eyed and a huge lump in your throat because of it’s beauty, then I feel bad for you…you must not like Christmas, and puppies, and all things sparkly and happy. The Magic Kingdom holds a very special place in my heart because I can remember being a child walking down Main Street, looking back to find my Dad recording us with his little (or huge…way back in the day!) video camcorder asking “Where are we?!” and we would shout (okay, and I would skip and jump and twirl around while doing so) “Magic Kingdom!!” 🙂 Such sweet memories.
Let me take a moment to take you through some my favorite things inside the Magic Kingdom!
Castle shots and Mickey & Minnie covered walls 🙂
Treats from the Plaza Ice Cream Parlor (sorbet for me and a sundae for Michael)
Dole Whips from Aloha Isle & Starbucks Iced Teas (by the way, Starbucks tastes better in Disney World)
Purple Wall Shots filled with laughter (the sun was in my eyes and Michael kept telling me to just smile and open my eyes, but it was just so hard so I found it hilarious)
Thunder Mountain & Space Mountain (Space Mountain is my favorite ride in Disney!)
Silly photos on the People Mover
Magic Kingdom is MAGICAL! Stay tuned for more 🙂
Have an amazing day, loves! Xoxo ♥♥
